Faith-rooted health, made doable. We believe the healthier we are, the more fully we can love God and the people around us. So we share small, holistic steps toward the life we were created to live.
Think of your love as water in a well. Whatever amount you hold for God and the people around you, your health is the rope that reaches it. The healthier you are, the longer the rope, and the more of that love you can actually draw up and give. We grow that rope slowly, across every area of life.
Small steps, repeated. Each cycle settles a little higher than the last.
We don’t obsess over one thing. Not just nutrition, not just the gym. We take small steps across every facet of health, so the whole of you grows together.
Lasting change is a slow walk. We build sustainable rhythms you can keep, the kind that compound into a genuinely healthier life over time.
The point of health is what it gives you: energy, presence, and strength to love God and the people He’s given you the way you long to.

As Intended Health exists because I believe health is, at its heart, a spiritual thing. Jesus said He came so that we might have life, and have it to the full. I’m not convinced that full life looks like being sick, exhausted, and glued to a screen. I think it looks like health: energy and presence, real relationships, hobbies and joy, and the strength to love God and the people around us well.
I see health like the length of a rope reaching down into a well of love. We can carry deep love for God, our families, and our friends, but when we’re unwell, that rope is short, and we can’t reach all the way down to give it. In my own life, I love people most freely when I’m healthy. So my goal is simple: to help you walk closer to health, one small holistic step at a time, and in doing so walk closer to the life God intended for you.
I grew up in Calera, Alabama, and married the love of my life, Ansley Allen, on November 22nd, 2025. I graduated from Highlands College with an associate's degree in Christian Ministries. Outside of work, I love coffee (really, truly love it), rock climbing, reading, beach volleyball, working out, and catching a movie with my AMC membership.
